Cancellation/No Show Policy for your Appointment | Cancelación/y póliza de no presentación 

I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to
emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at
least 24 hours in advance or you don't show up, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked for meaning you will not get the down payment back.

Español: Entiendo que hay ocasiones en las que debe faltar a una cita debido a
emergencias u obligaciones laborales o familiares. Si una cita no se cancela en
al menos con 24 horas de anticipación o no se presenta, se le cobrará el 50% del servicio para el que fue reservado lo que significa que no recuperará el pago inicial.

❥ The appointment will only be accepted if you do the down payment of 50% of the service you booked for & this will go towards the service. 

❥ If you cancel before the 24 Hours you will get your money refunded back.

❥ Please understand why it is required to do a down payment of 50% of the service you book. I dedicate my time to set up & be ready for every appointment so it's not fair to set up then suddenly not perform the service.

❥ Si cancela antes de las 24 horas, se le reembolsará el dinero.

❥ Por favor, comprenda por qué es necesario realizar un pago inicial del 50% del servicio que reserve. Porque no es justo que me prepare para un servicio y el cliente no se presente.
